Agent Status Problem

I have installed the latest version of MS Antispyware
(1.0.614) on a Dell laptop. It installed without any
problems and seems to run fine.

When I check the Security Agents Status they are shown as
active but the "Activate" and "Deactivate" links are greyed
out. Also, when I click on the "Manage Internet Agent
settings" link the resulting screen indicates that there
are no checkpoints monitored and there are no Checkpoints
shown in the list. If I click on "Activate" nothing
happens. The above is true for all three categories of agents.

I have deinstalled, removed everything in the MS
Antispyware folder, cleaned the registry, rebooted and
reinstalled with exactly the same results.

I am running MS Antispyware on two desktops with no
problems, all of the agents are active.

Any help would be appreciated.
