Detailed words to real time protection problem

I need help with my real time protection. I don't think it
is working properly and I don't know how to fix it. I
have already removed and reinstalled the AntiSpyware
software and it didn't help.

Here is what I am concerned about.

On the summary page there is a yellow triangle by the real
time protect warning that 1 of 3 of the real time.

After I click on the real time protection, the following
screen shows all agents active. The exact words and
symbols are: 18 Agents enabled, Internet Agents - active,
System Agents - active, Application Agents - active.
There are four yellow stars, one larger than the rest.

When I click and open the Internet Agents on the next
screen, the left section states status: In-active. The
middle section is shaded white and is titled Internet
Agent Checkpoints, beneath that there is a checkpoint
details list and only one item is listed. There is a
yellow star followed by the words Windows Hosts File
Agent. Beneath that Protection against applications
making unauthorized or hazardous changes to your system.
The far right section is shaded light blue and titled
Checkpoint Details also, has nothing listed.

When I open System Agents the screen the left section
states status: In-active. The middle section is shaded
white and titled System Agent Checkpoints. There is
nothing listed there. The far right column is shaded blue
and is titled Checkpoint Details. There is nothing listed
there.

When I open Application Agents the screen the left section
states status: In-active. The middle section is shaded
white and is titled Application Agent Checkpoints.
Nothing is listed there. The far right section is shaded
blue and titled Checkpoint Details. Nothing is listed
there.

Before opening the Internet Agents screen, as I run my
cursor over the words Internet Agents a blue box pops up.
That box states 25 of 25 Internet Agents enabled. Current
Status: active.

Before opening the System Agents screen, as I run my
cursor over the words System Agents, a blue box pops up.
That box states 25 of 25 Internet Agents enabled. Current
Status: active.

Before opening the Application Agents screen, as I run my
cursor over the words Application Agents, a blue box pops
up. That box states 25 of 25 Internet Agents enabled.
Current Status: active.

Shouldn't these screens agree with each other? What can
I do to fix this problem? As I said at the beginning, I
have uninstalled and reinstalled Microsoft AntiSpyware and
it didn't help. My computer info is as follows. I have
Windows Professional. This one computer has three user
accounts. This computer is used in my home. We have
several computers in our home. Microsoft AntiSpyware
works fine on the other computers. I don't know what went
wrong on this computer.

On my other computers, Microsoft AntiSpyware says there
are 3 agents currently active instead of 18. And on my
other computers there are 9 Internet Agents active not
25. The System and Application agents on all the
computers are the same, 25.
