sercurity agent check points inactive

I cant activate all the checkpoints in the real-time
protection only 1 is active

I uninstalled then reinstalled but the same thing
happened. does anyone now why

spywareblaster 3.3 winpatrol, nortons personal firewall
2004 nortons anti virus pro 2004 all latest updates
installed,
