Zip drive

I had a new computer built by a local dealer. It is an
AMD 300 XP, OS is XP. When I try to install my external
zip drive everything works fine until I restart it. Then
my machine begins to start but I never get any video on
my monitor and the computer seems to be locked. I have
the latest software installed for WIN XP. Any ideas?

Download the appropriate XP drivers etc from iomega.com.

If the ZIP is 100 or 250 USB, XP should already have the drivers you need.
But, if it is parallel port or USB 750, I am not sure. A safe bet would be
to istall the latest version of "Iomegaware" form the IOMEGA support site.
