zip 750 drive - help

Hi there,

I recently purchased a 2nd hand ( almost new ) internal ide zip 750
drive. ive tried it in both my systems and i cant get ti to work. i
spoke to iomega using the live chat service and they say its faulty.
They are prepared to replace/repair the drive but they need the drive
serial number. Ive looked for this and i cant see one ( looked all
over drive and i think it was removed by the previous owner ).

Anyway, these drives are less than a yr old so should be in warranty.
Would anyone be willing to let me use the serial number of thier drive
so that i can get mine sent off to be repaired??

They're going to check the serial no. when it gets there, so using a
different one isn't going to do much good.
