Youtube ... not in the UK

WTF...???? My oldest daughter loves singing...She has a voice like Alex Parks....Fame 2003 for you that don't know...So tonight I went onto YOutube to chaeck out the songs she did and I was met with the message that is in my attachment..WTF...??? Erm last time I checked Alex was from the UK so why are the songs not avail..????
