Our VP's assistant logs in to her account, but also has her boss's mailbox
set up. She can see all of his folders and has owner's rights and all
delegate rights. She doesn't get his calendar reminders, and he never turns
on his PC, so he misses meetings. The reminders work on his PC. Is this by
design, and does anyone have a workaround?
I tried giving them new machines with XP SP2 and OL 2003. I have done all
the switches such as /cleanreminders, /cleanfreebusy and /resetfolders.
Also, before I gave them new machines with the new OS and Outlook version, I
exported his calendar to a .pst, ran exchng32 and deleted his calendar, ran
/resetfolders and imported his calendar.
Is this something that worked in previous versions of Outlook, but has been
removed, or am I missing something?
Thanks very much,
