Mini Calendar Appointments Not Showing Bold

Using Outlook 2002 on Exchange Server. I have a user who has Editor
permissions to her boss's calendar. When she views his calendar, she can see
that he clearly has appointments scheduled on many days, but only one or two
days on the mini calendar at the right show as bold, indicating appointments.

Any idea why?

Are they actually timed appointments (which will show bolded days) or all day
events (which will not show as bold)?

Yes, the appointments that are not showing as bold on the mini calendar are
timed appointments. Interestingly enough, if she deletes one of the
appointments and recreates it, the new appointment does show up bold on the
mini calendar.

So...some kind of damaged file? Is there a utility to run that might clean
that up? Would cleanviews do it?

Try starting Outlook once with the /cleanfreebusy switch. If you need help
