My boss has a calendar set up through Microsoft Outlook with reminders and
appointments, but she will be leaving soon and wants to email her calendar to
the woman who will be taking her place. She is able to email the appointments
but the reminders do not show up. Is there a way to set it up so that the
entire calendar can be seen, reminders and all?

Thank you.

No, the reminders do not travel with the copy of the calendar. Where is
this person located? Same office? Are you using Exchange?
