Please help! Outlook not syncing with shared calendar!



I have a customer who is frustrated because his local Outlook profile
will fail to remind him of an appointment that his secretary sees on his
shared calendar which makes no sense at all.

He shares his calendar with her and sometimes hours or days will go by where
sees an appointment in his shared calendar and reminds him and when he
checks, he does not see the appointment.

Obviously this is a sync issue. Can someone give me a detailed list of
things to check and try...besides Office diagnostics, reapplying the service
pack, or reinstalling Outlook or Office.

if you log into his calendar using owa, do you see these missing

** Please include your Outlook version, Account type, and Windows Version
when requesting assistance **


Yes, that is correct. They are in OWA and the Shared Calendar but can take a
while even days to show up on his local Outlook.
