could someone help me out.i downloaded yahoo messenger.it shows its
downloaded but will not load so i can log on to it.it will start to load then
just shut off.what can i do to fix it where i can log on .thank you for your
help. richard

I would try uninstalling it and reinstalling it. Perhaps there was a
problem the first time you installed it.
