Yahoo attachments won't open; OE set properly

My girl friend cannot open my Yahoo attachments. Her OE
is set to receive attachments properly. What else can i
check on? She has a Compaq XP. Thanks. Ken

Your friend might have OE to stop attachments. Their is a box to click to
get attachments.

Open OE/Tools/Options/Security tab/UNcheck: "Do not allow attachments to be
saved........"/Apply/OK.

Please help us to help you. What are "Yahoo attachments"? What is
the extension of the file you are sending? What happens when she
tries to open them? If she gets an error message, please quote it
verbatim.
