XP was fine, now freezes at start up screen, please help!

My XP was running fine, but I went into msconfig to disable some startup
items that I didn't want, and now I can only run Windows in safe mode. I have
already tried a system restore, please please help me!

I need my system for work, and I am falling behind!

I disabled some CD/DVD burning things, and some Quicktime stuff, as well as a few non-microsoft services. I've since turned them all back on, but the system still isn't starting. The weird thing is, that it did start up prpoerly once, but won't again.
