XP upgrade snag

trying ti load XP onto windows 2000 proffesional, keep getting the message
"your current instalation of windows is not a supported upgrade path" anyone
got any ideas of how to get round this problem??

Sounds like you're trying to use a Windows XP Home Edition
upgrade CD. Windows 2000 Pro can only be upgraded to XP Pro.
