XP Update # KB824145

Not sure if this is the right group, and won't be back for
an answer, but I put in this update and now my scroll bar
skips. I have heard from other users that are having the
same problem, and cannot fix it in my system. I hope a
correction will come out soon!

In the hope that others will take note: Those who do not come back for
an answer do *not* get one. They are not going to wander around the net
looking for a home. And mostly those who answer here do *not* send
answers by e-mail - especially to people who cannot be bothered to look
back.
