My System Restore feature will not work. Check points are
established but on the second restart I get a message that
states "System restore could not be completed. Nothing
has been changed" I have tried restoring from the Safe
mode and no luck. Any ideas?

Don;
There may be corrupted data in system Restore.
Turn off/on System Restore to delete corrupted files:
Start/All Programs/Accessories/System Tools/System Restore.
Click System Restore Settings on left side.
Check "Turn off System Restore", click OK, follow prompts and reboot.
This deletes ALL Restore Points including corruption.
Then go back and turn on system Restore and create a Restore Point.

If this didn't work for you, do you have Panda Titanium 2004 antivirus
on your PC?
There is a recognised problem with this that stops System Restore
working on some machines.
