XP Switch users logon screen.

I just installed Office 2003 and I now see that when I am in the SWITCH
USERS logon screen, it says I have a new mail message on one account when,
infact. I do NOT... Can I clear this?. I have several OUTLOOK profiles but
none of them have unread messages.
