Bypassing the Logon Screen?

XP Pro SP 3. When startup or come out of hibernation,
on just this one machine, I get the Logon screen and
must click the User name to get to the desktop. On other
machines, go right to desktop.

Cannot find a switch to control this.

So ... How do I bypass the Logon screen???

Start\Run\control userpasswords2 and uncheck the box "Users must enter etc etc. Then
Apply and then back out. Reboot

Control Panel | Display Properties | Screen Saver | On resume, display
Welcome Screen.

or

Control Panel | Power Options | Advanced | Prompt for password when
computer resumes.
