XP Start Menu right context menu

When I right click my XP Start button it says (from the top down): Open, Explore, Search...,(a line), Open all users, Explore all users. My friend's has some long {java;//....etc.}in it. QUESTION: Where in the registry (property) can you find/change the contents of the Start Menu's Context (right click) menu?

It's the same context menu as directories with the All Users added programatically.
