Custom Paste function in Context Menu

Is there any way to customise the context menu
(the one obtained when the mouse is right clicked)
to give it a "paste" function -
eg to paste frequently used data such as an email address.

It already has that function as long as you've copied something already.

Used to be free. It's expensive now. But it will give you an
idea for what to look for in "desktop utilities" and good
software site like softpedia.

Actually, even a TXT file made in Notepad with a desktop link to
it would work - all you would have to do is copy and paste from
it. But there are hundreds of largely free utils which will do
this and more. The Microsoft concept of "usability" is absurd
and needs a new definition is the dictionary.
