XP sp3 problems

I try to install sp3 but he couldn’t backup the registry key
HKCR\TypeLib\{22813728-8BD3-11D0-B4EF-00A0C9138CA4}\2.8 to file
C:\WINDOWS\$NtServicePackUninstall$\reg00759. 5: Access is denied.
What can I do?

Try installing SP3 in Safe Mode. Not always conventional but it often
installs successfully.
