XP Service Pack 2 Printing Problems

Hello

I was hoping someone could help with the following:

I have come across problems trying to get a PC's to print to a networked HP
Business Inkjet 1100 printer. The software installs without any problem but
when it attempts to print, the job gets stuck in the print queue. I pretty
sure this problem has something to do with XP Service Pack 2, as I have tried
this on a number of machines with this update and have the same problem on
each.

On the few machines available to me without Service Pack 2, the printer
works as normal.

Does anyone have suggestions or possible web pages that I could reference
for updates???

Try disabling any firewall software temporarily to see if that is the
problem.
