XP RPO REINSTALL

Help!! I'm trying to do a clean reinstall of XP. I've
chosen the option to delete partitions on hardrive and
create new one. The setup program then goes to the "Setup
is Formatting" page. The process never goes further. The
screen shows a percentage completion bar but it never
starts. Any ideas?

You have to delete the partition then select the empty partiton to format.
