xp refresh rate

Does anyone know how to fix the refresh rate where you are
not locked at 60? Refresh force does not work and going
above 60 in xp results in a jerky screen. My monitor does
support higher rates. Everything is up to date with xp
and my computer and with the games as well. Thanks.

Open below URL and click "R" and scroll down to "Refresh Rates" for the answer
and also a lot of information relating to your problem.

I do not know exactly what you are asking for, but u might find it useful to
right click on the desktop -> Properties -> Settings Tab -> Advanced
Button -> Monitor Tab and change the refresh settings from there.

Please note that these settings are not there for everyone as they depend on
the monitor and video card you have.
