Ever since I have been using xp, I have been experiencing
choppy graphics, during every game I play, and cannot
find a way to fix it. I can't play games very long
because of that refresh rate. I have played with every
setting on my 9800XT to no avail. I had the same problem
with this when I had a Geforce3 and a 9700 pro, so I know
it's not the cards or a driver issue. I have tried
refresh force and it has not worked. If I try to go
above 60 hertz, the screen looks like it is shaking and
have to keep it at 60. My monitor and video card is fine
and updated as well as my games. So is my motherboard
and I have a fast enough processor and enough memory and
power. This is definitely a refresh rate problem and my
monitor can support a higher frequency too. I never had
this problem on 98 with any game I have played. I know
there is a way to fix this, but just don't know how.
