XP Professional Help & Support

I was getting an error when I clicked on the Help & Support link so I
searched the web for the error and did the things that were suggested.

Now when I click on Help & Support nothing happens....

Is there anyway I can resolve this without having to reload the OS?

Go to Kelly's XP Corner/Tweaks at
http://www.kellys-korner-xp.com/xp_tweaks.htm and check out line 235, left
hand column,
"Restore Help And Support Service". The instructions for using it are at the
top of the Tweeks page.

Most likely you have a corrupted user accound,and/or OS also.Try creating
a new user account,boot to account,retru help/support..Also,you might try
run,type:cmd In cmd type:Sfc /Scannow Install xp cd,exit the menu.Once its
thru,type:CHKDSK C: /F Agree to restart,type:EXIT Remove cd,restart pc.
Help/Support loss is about the 1st item to go in corruption...
