XP PRO Network Password

When I boot up my laptop, the logon screen shows my name and no
password, I just hit enter and go right into XP Pro.

However, from another computer on our home network, if I try to
access the laptop, I get a window "Enter Network Password".
No matter what I put in for either my user name (administrator
priveleges) or try to use Administrator, and no matter what passwords
I try, the window says "Incorrect Password or Unknown Username for".

Is it necessary that I establish a "network password" in XP PRO in
order to access the laptop (all 4 other network computers are running
W2000 Pro and don't seem to have any problem, nor do I have any
problem with laptop accessing any of the other computers).

Thanks for any help, have not been able to find anything yet on just
why this is happening.

Duh, finally figured it out, had to set up network file and printer
sharing in XP, which is a different process from what I was used
to, guess will have to study up on XP.
