DameWare MRC Enter Network Password

Hi,

Im facing this issue where im using DameWare to connect to my workstations ,and it was working fine till i wipe it ,now im unable to connect to them , im getting a MRC - Enter Network Password prompt ,where entering all my admin credentials doesn't work even local admin password.
