So anyone running 64 bit and ATI AIW boards?
Did the 64bit OS onboard WDM drivers work ok?
Do you have full AIW (TV, TV recording/capture, firewire capture)
functionality?
Which 64bit catalyst drivers are you using? any comments?

thx Gordon

I installed XP64 on my Athlon64 system a while ago, but too much
software didn't work right and I haven't used it since.

The drivers included with XP64 worked fine with my Radeon 9800Pro AIW,
including the tuner/video-in support using some other small capture
utilities or Windows Messenger to initialize the video.

Unfortunately the ATI MultiMedia Center didn't run under XP64.

Don't know if there's a newer version that might...

I believe it was 9.03 at the time, it was a few months ago. Dunno if
there's a 64-bit version yet. As I said, there's just too much other
software I use that doesn't work right on XP64, so I haven't bothered
with it since. Regular XP and apps scream nicely on this thing anyway :)

XP64 has the ATI AIW drivers included in the box, and they will be
installed by default.

If you then install Detonators over the XP64 drivers, it can lose the
drivers for the multimedia devices within the device manager. Simply
click on each unrecognised device and add the following devices:

ATI WDM Rage Theater Audio
ATI WDM Rage Theater Video
ATI WDM Specialized MVD Codec
ATI WDM Teletext Decoder
ATI WDM TV Audio Crossbar
ATI WDM TV Tuner

I can use ChrisTV to watch tv using these default XP64 drivers just
fine.
