xp print server

i have an xp box setup as a print server sharing four hp
printers. i am running a mixed windows 2000 an windows xp
network. every once in a while i get an error message
saying "no more connections can be made at this remote
computer at this time because there are already as many
connections as the computer can accept" when trying to
print or add printers on new computers. what do i need to
check on the xp server?

I'd guess this means what it says. XPpro allows 10 connections and XP
