Problem Sharing Printer HP 5610

I just connected an HP 5610 printer to my XP SP3 computer. I then shared it
out. My other XP systems add the printer with no problem but can not print
to it.
The port on the host is listed as Virtual Printer Port for USB. On the
remote systems the port is listed as \\machinename\printersharename. They
can not print a test page. Printer works fine on the host.

My previous printer had no problem being shared and the remote computers can
print to another shared printer on my home network.

Any ideas?
