XP Offline Files Synchronization Error

We are experiencing the problem described in KB article
328293 - "Close Open Files" Message Appears During Initial
Folder Synchronization.

I need to obtain the cscui.dll file mentioned in the
article for XP SP1.

Could someone give me direction on where/how to obtain
that file?
 
"To resolve this problem immediately, contact Microsoft
Product Support Services to obtain the fix".
