XP ICS Client Problem

I set up ICS on a 2 PC network, all works fine except client won't autodial
launching IE, can manually launch dialup, and auto dialup works fine on the
Host. Both PC's can share files and printers without issues.All settings
appear correct as per microsoft and others set up procedures.

Any answers or suggestions how to get client IE to autodial?
