XP Home upgrade to XP Pro

During an upgrade to XP Pro from XP Home an error message saying that msdart.dll was missing or corrupt, so I had to abort the installation. Now the computer blue screens on boot up. Any suggestions? How do you use the Windows XP Recovery Console and would this work?
