Installing XP Pro on top of XP home After SP2 has been applied

Start with Xp Home edition w/SP2 installed. Could not
upgrade to XP Pro unless SP2 is uninstalled first. Now
during install of XP Pro we get the error message, "Entry
point could not be found GetIUMS....in msdart.dll.

With that upgrade one must boot to xp pro cd,select recovery,press enter
key for password,then type:FORMAT C: /FS:ntfs When its thru type:EXIT
XP should auto boot to cd again,then select,install xp,new copy.Microsoft
recommends a clean install only from home to pro.
