XP home runs chkdisk on secondary hdd every startup

In my computer I have a RAID with 2 Western Digital 10k
RPM drives on the onboard ICH5 Controller(Which is my
boot disk) and then two Seagate 160GB SATA drives on the
onboard Promise SATA controller. The problem is that
every time I start up my computer (Windows XP Home) The
chkdisk utility tries to run on both of the Seagate
drives. I have let it run many times and it has never
found any problems. I would like to know if there is
anything I can do to stop this.
Thanks

I tried to follow the instuctions on that page. I tried
to use the registry editor but I couldn't find
the "modify" key. Is there some feature that is missing
on xp home?

Right click on the entry you want to change and a context menu pop up,
once choice being modify.
