XP home network login

Is there any way to have a username/password list for a
network using Windows XP Home? To be able to log on to
the network... Like have the same list of usernames and
passwords for multiple PC's, and not individual ones on
all the different PC's. I guess I am asking if i can
create a server using XP to where the list of names
available is on the network, and not each individual PC.
