XP Home Install

My wife bought XP Home with her Dell, then found she
needed XP Pro and upgraded. Can I install her original
Home software on my computer, or do I need to buy a
separate copy?
 
You may be able to install it, Dell sometimes ties the OS to the machine so
if you have issues installing it, that would be why.
