xp firewall

recently bought a new lap-top w/ xp and my web cam won't
work. i went and clicked on properties in networking and
nothing hapeed...how do i uninstall the firewall???

Hi -

Go into Control Panel --> Network Connections, right-
click your network connection and select Properties.
You'll see where to disable the firewall under
the "Advanced" tab.

Find your virus and firewall program in Start, Programs,

and click to open the program. Untick the firewall box.
