Firewall and proxy settings

I recently downloaded XP service pk2. After that I ran windows update. in the
process it ask me about my connection. Gave me four choices: Firewall with no
proxy, firewall with proxy.....I think I chose Firewall with proxy. Now, when
I use Yahoo Messenger the pc cam wont work because it says I am behind a
firewall.
I used the norton firewall before all this and it worked fine. Now I cant
get back to where it was that I can make another choice for the firewall /
proxy deal. Any ideas?
