XP Crash message

My xp has taken to crashing. As it does it relays a page of messages a
to why it might be doing this. unfortunately the page disappears befor
i have time to read it. is there any way to pause it
 
Go to control panel..system..advanced tab..under Start up and Recovery click
settings and uncheck automatically restart.
