XP activation problem

[JAGGER]

I had a hard drive crash that caused me to have to reload
my windows OS. I entered my acvtivation key and loaded
windows. Now there is and activation popup that comes up
every day and counting down. What is going on? How do I
fix it? Please help !!! My buisness depends on this
machine working from now on, not until it reaches its
limit.
