XP 64 Keeps Restarting

For those of you think I should post this in the XP 64 thread I can't it does
not work. I also do not see anything in the 64 topics area.

Ok, now to my problem.
I bought a new computer it is an AMD ATHLON(TM)64 3200+ with Gigabyte
GA-K8NF-9 nForce4 Chipset, 2 gig of PC3200 400MHz Dual Channel DDR Corsair
ram, a NVIDIA Geforce 6600 256MB 16X PCI EXPRESS Video card, and 2x 80GB
SATA-II setup with RAID 0.

I downloaded the SATA drivers from the motherboard support site and
installed them with F6 from the A: drive. I formatted the drive fine put a
partition in it and installed and setup XP on drive C: Every thing seem to go
fine during setup I put in user information, time zone, and workgroup.....
But after I restarted and got to the windows XP 64 load screen it restarts
just before it should be getting to the desktop. I tried safe mode same
thing. XP home was on this machine and working great. I don’t know what to do
now besides start ripping components out of my machine to see if it is
hardware. Does any one have any ideas?

Any Stop Error reports?

Have you tried with only keyboard, mouse and monitor connected?

Hope this helps.

There are no stop errors. I haven’t tried with just mouse keyboard and
monitor. But 1 hour prior with out any hardware changes it was running
perfectly on windows XP home 32bit OS. My thought is that is a hardware
incompatibility issue with 64.
