Dual booting Xp 32 bit and Vista 64 bit

I have an Amd 3500 that is a 64 bit that I'm presently running Win
Xp 32 bit. I have Vista 64 bit and was wondering if I can run both
the win XP and Vista 64 on different partitions and if someone could
point me in the right direction for making the computer dual booting
if it's possible. I know there aren't a lot of 64 bit programs or
drivers so I don't want to wipe my hard drive to try out the 64 bit
Vista.
