Xerox Docucentre 230st

I have recently installed a Windows 2000 server in one of
my remote offices. I am sharing a HP laserjet 4 and a
Xerox Docucentre 230 printer from the server. I had to
apply hotfix 820550 to fix a print spooler error. When
checking to make sure everyone can print after applying
the hotfix, I ran into a weird problem. Everyone can
print to the HP 4 printer and most can print to the Xerox
230 printer. Some people can not print to the Xerox, all
are in the same group so I don't believe it is a
permissions issue. Has anyone seen a problem like this?
