Wrong Outlook Inbox

I have a user that has her email going to the wrong Inbox. Her email is
going to her Inbox under Personal Folders, instead of Mailbox - User. I have
tried pointing the .pst file to the right Inbox, but can't find where.
I am also new to Outlook.

Can anyone help with this?
Thank you!

She should click Tools>E-mail Accounts>Next and, in the "Delivery new
messages to the following location" drop-down at the bottom left, select the
Exchange mailbox instead of the Personal Folders. She should click FInish,
then stop and restart Outlook.

I went to try that and it didn't work. Her Inbox is still pointed to the one
in her Personal Folders. Do I have to move her emails from the Inbox in
Personal Folders to her Inbox in Mailbox - User?

That worked. THANKS!! New emails are coming to the correct Inbox. I really
appreciate your help, because I have a lot to learn about Outlook and
Exchange (on the back end)

Not possible if it was done correctly.

If she wants to move things back to the Exchange server, she can open each
default folder in the PST, select all the items (CTRL-A), and drag them to
the Exchange folder of the same name. For the Calendar, displaying it in a
table view first may be necessary.
