Why when I type in say a letter 'M' sometimes the complete list of 'M's'
appears and other times only one or an incomplete list; also why when I have
say 3 'J's in the 'J' folder why does it not show any addresses.. The system
seems to have a mind of its own? Some addresses appear without ':' between
them I have tried re-entering them in the contacts list but it does not help.
Thank you
Evie

You have to prime it like a pump. It learns what you type in and offers
those first much like the .NK2 file for Outlook 2003.

Thank you for replying but what is an 'NK2' file and I have never used
Outlook so I'm very sorry but I don't understand your answer! I was with AOL
before and they had their own email system which I found worked well but I
have changed my provider.. Does this help (hopefully) with your answer to my
problem.....
Thank you
Evie

It remembers them after you have typed them in at least once (hence priming
the pump).

The NK2 file is used by Outlook to store similar for it's use. I do not
think that WalMail oops, WinMail utilizes similar but I could be wrong since
I haven't looked.
