WorkGroup issues

Hi anyone know this one, we have three pc's, two network
no problem and can share files, printers etc.The third
computer can talk to the other two but the other two
computers cant access it the error is
"The user has not been granted the requested logon
type at this computer."

It is a logon failure and there is a article for event
534 on the site but it says its fixed in service pack 2.
Service pack 2 however is on the pc.....

Any help or ideas would be welcome

It has probably disabled simple file sharing.
Go to start/run, and type "control folders", click the View Tab and check the checkbox for "Use simple file sharing"

or, if you prefer SFS,
Rightclick any folder, and look on the "Sharing" tab for the settings you prefer. Regulate who has access to specific folders.

Home Edition must do all this in Safe Mode, and with the default "Administrator" account
