Windows cannot find "RECYCLER\5-3-9-58-100015456-100032593-100009245.COM"......

I need help please. I have two drives on scsi I cannot gain access to
one of the drives by double clicking it. when i do i get an error
message:"Windows cannot find
"RECYCLER\5-3-9-58-100015456-100032593-100009245.COM"Make sure you
typed the name correctly, and then try again. To search for a file,
click the start button, and then click search."
both drives I had the same problem but, unknown to me, one of the
drives I can double click to gain access. Where as the other I have to
do "Explore" to gain access.

Please advise.
