I'm using an online help system, RoboHelp X5 using Word 2003. My system
contains 38 Word files as well as graphics and shegs. Whenever I try to add a
new topic in two of the the files, I receive the word has encountered a
problem and needs to close..." message and it asks me about recovering files.
I am in a jeopardy situation on my job and cannot work on my online help
system with this problem. I isolated a section of the file and created a new
file without that information but that means hours and hours of work
inputting all the other information as well as all the links, etc. I tried
copying and pasting a topic at a time and after a few topic additions, I get
the same message. Once I get the message, I cannot add anything else to that
file. Any ideas?
